The coffee we grow in Chiliarch Coffee Estate is named Ou Yang coffee. Ou Yang coffee beans are very well received by roasters in London, South Korea, Canada, and Singapore and have won awards in the Espresso Single Origin category at the renowned Australian International Coffee Awards in 2020 and 2022.

Washed Process: A CLEAN CANVAS FOR COMPLEXITY

Coffee cherries are pulped to remove the outer skin, fermented to break down mucilage, and then washed before drying. This method produces clean, bright flavours.

Natural Process: EMBRACING FRUITFUL COMPLEXITY

Honey Process: A SWEET SYMPHONY OF FLAVOURS

A hybrid of washed and natural, where some mucilage is left on the beans during drying. Yields a range of sweetness levels, from white to black honey, influencing flavour profiles.
